Team Integrity handled the sale of our home. We retained the realtors shortly before leaving the United States. They handled several problems. Team Integrity stayed in regular communication with us. Offers to purchase the house were discussed at length. Paperwork went back and forth online. Sale of the home closed without any problems or delays. We only have praise for their work. Although I did not need a realtor (yet), I did reach out to Laura as to some real estate questions and concerns. Laura immediately responded to my inquiry and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to selling a home and some of the challenges one may face selling a home in a "severe fire risk" zone. I was very impressed with her expertise as well as her detailed response to all my questions, which helped me out greatly. It was so refreshing to have a professional take the time to respond to my questions even though I was not a customer (yet). I would definitely go with Team Integrity should I ever decide to sell in the future. PS Love all the great information they provide in their monthly newsletter as well. :-)
